The first is making software that has powerful features yet remains easy to use. We’ve spent years refining and expanding WaiverFile while listening to real world customer feedback. We want to hear from our customers and learn how they are using the features we have and find out what new features would help them the most. Real feedback from customers has helped shape us into what we are today. We don’t shy away from honest critiques of our platform, instead we learn all we can from it. 

Making software easy to use sounds like a simple exercise, but it’s actually an ongoing process of refinement and testing. We are constantly learning about how our clients and their customers are using WaiverFile. From that, even seemingly minor changes can wind up having a profound impact. We’re so proud of what WaiverFile has become and we’re still very exited to continue to build it up further and do even more.

Founded in 2004, we originally began as a custom software company. We created a variety of systems for small to medium sized businesses. In time, we developed several products and it was our online waiver system that started becoming very popular and so WaiverFile was born.
