Welcome to Controller Kids Camp, where gaming meets growth! Hosted by Henry Ellis Ventures LLC DBA Controller Game Lounge, this dynamic camp experience is built around the exciting world of gaming while promoting the development of soft skills like communication, teamwork, and leadership.
With the increasing popularity of E-Sports in schools and cities across the nation, our camp introduces participants to structured play, friendly competition, and collaborative learning. We combine gaming with hands-on activities such as Lego build-offs, board games, outdoor play, arts & crafts, movie time, and more—all within a safe, engaging environment.
Open to campers ages 6 - 14 years.

Registration Fees
An annual registration fee is assessed with your first camp session each calendar year:
Camp Tuition Rates

Weekly Rate: $195 per camper

3-Day Partial Week: $145 per camper

Daily Drop-In: $75 per day
A 10% sibling discount is applied for families registering two or more campers.
Early Bird Discount: Register for any summer session on or before April 30, 2025, to receive a reduced weekly rate of $175 per camper. (Only applies to full-week registrations.)
Important Information

All campers must bring a sack lunch, refillable water bottle, and two snacks or money to purchase snacks onsite.

Special dietary meals are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
All fees are final and non-refundable. Payments are due no later than drop-off on the first calendar day of the camp week.
Parental Acknowledgment
I, the parent or legal guardian of the child/children named on this form, acknowledge that Controller Kids Camp is hosted by Henry Ellis Ventures LLC DBA Controller Game Lounge, which is not licensed as a child care or educational facility. The camp is exempt from licensing requirements set by the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.
Controller Kids Camp does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, handicap, religion, or national origin. The camp reserves the right to decline applications or dismiss campers at its sole discretion. No refund will be issued if the camper has attended any portion of the session.

I grant permission for Controller Kids Camp to photograph or videotape my child for promotional purposes. These images may be used for public relations without further notification.
I give permission for my child to be transported off-site for authorized field trips or emergency medical care. I understand that schedules may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the camp management to act in my place, including providing or seeking basic first aid and/or professional medical treatment. I accept financial responsibility for any related medical costs. Requests for exemption from medical treatment require a signed waiver.
