This event involves walking on broken ground, forest roads, public
roads, wet & muddy trails, in forest and in possibly very cold and wet
conditions.
Participant Waiver & Acceptance Of
Risk Agreement
I want to take part in this adventure.ie event and sign this document
in consideration of being given the opportunity to engage in these activities.
I
understand that:

The event may be
physically and mentally intense.
·
The event can be
dangerous if I do not follow guides directions and use common sense.
·
The possibility of
injury to myself and others exists. As an adult I accept this risk.
·
I am responsible
for the security of my personal belongings at all times, even if left in
storage.
·
I am under no
obligation to take part in any or all of this event.
I
confirm and agree that:

I am full aware of
the risks to myself and others involved in this event. I can talk to the lead guide on 086 8272524 regarding any concerns and about what’s involved before I start.
·
I am physically fit
and have no injuries which may affect my safety during the activities. (I
understand that if I have ANY concerns about my fitness I can and will inform
the lead guide)
·
I will comply with
the guide’s guidance at all times.
·
I will inform
adventure.ie (info@adventure.ie) in writing or email within 48 hours of any
injury sustained on these activities.
·
I will not be under
the influence of alcohol while taking part in the event.
·
I will wear appropriate hillwalking boots and carry a waterproof
jacket & over-trousers hat & gloves, headtorch, extra fleece, food and any
other prescribed kit.
·
I will not wear jeans or wellington boots.
Release:
I
hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities
whatsoever without limitation that I might have against Go Wild ltd t/a
adventure.ie, Coillte, the owners of the property on which activities take
place, staff, freelance instructors, guides, sub-contractors and I make this
release on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, assigns and administrators.
