I agree my child can participate in/observe Wrangler & Friends, LLC. activities .

Participation in this Program will not be allowed without this form signed, dated, and submitted.

By signing below, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the teaching pets, Lindsay Fisher, Wrangler & Friends, LLC. and the participating school district. By signing below you agree your child does not have any allergies to animals, dust, hay or pet dander. By signing below, you are agreeing to hold Wrangler & Friends, LLC. and its agents/principal harmless of any and all outcomes. By signing below you agree to Wrangler & Friends, LLC. recording sessions to ensure curriculum quality.
