Service Agreement - Fisher | Stevens

Agreement between Jordan Stevens and Derek Fisher for construction of a fence at 24085 State Road 37, Noblesville, Indiana 46060.

This agreement is entered into this 30th day of March, 2020.

Whereas Jordan Stevens desires to contract services with Derek Fisher. Both parties agree to provide such services.  

In consideration of the mutual promises made by each party to the other, the parties covenant and agree as follows:

Responsibilities of Derek Fisher:

1. Construct approximately 650 feet of fence (hybrid wood post/T-post/chicken wire construction), using only the materials listed in this Agreement, in a professional and timely manner. 

2. Provide receipts of purchase to Stevens for materials.

3. Hold in reserve any unused balance of material payment, to use for unforeseen expenses (if any) beyond initial materials purchase.

4. Seek permission from Stevens prior to unforeseen purchases (if any).

5. Provide Stevens with receipts for unforeseen purchases (if any).

6. Return unused balance (if any) to Stevens at project completion.

Responsibilities of Jordan Stevens:

1. Provide, in two installments, Derek Fisher with payment for agreed services, via PayPal, in the total sum of $818.00. Initial installment of $409.00 due at the execution of this Agreement; second installment of $409.00 due at project completion.

2. Provide, in one installment, Derek Fisher with payment for agreed materials, via PayPal, in the total sum of $1,532.00. Installment due at the execution of this Agreement.

3. Participate in walk-through with Fisher at project completion for mutual “sign-off” on project; discuss any and all alterations/additions solely at that time.

   Materials/Costs List: 

• $915 – 750 ft. Deer Busters PVC coated 48” steel hex fence (5 150 ft. rolls @ $171 + tax)

• $240 – Rural King 6.5’ T-posts (60 @ $4)

• $140 – Lowes 6’ 4x4” posts (20 @ $7)

• $110 – Sunbelt brush cutter (2 day)

• $72 – Lowes 50 lb. concrete mix (12 bags @ $6)

• $32 – Lowes 5 lb. Deck screws

• $10 – Rural King 2 lb. fence staples ($5 / lb.)

• $5 – Rural King 1 bag T-post clips

• $5 – Lowes guide string

• $3 – Lowes fluorescent marking paint

• Subtotal: $1,532

• Labor/mileage: $818

• Total: $2,350

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the parties has duly executed this Agreement on the day and date set forth above.
