White Water Rafting - English

By participating in rafting with Serious Fun AS (hereinafter referred to as SF), I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. I acknowledge and accept that rafting involves certain risks and hazards, including, but not limited to, the risk of personal injury and property damage.
   
   
2.  I understand and accept that SF, its employees, and other participants are not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from participation in rafting.
   
   
3. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and health to participate, and I have no medical conditions that may pose a risk to myself or other participants. We do not recommend rafting for pregnant individuals.
   
   
4. I will inform the guide if I cannot swim or have any other relevant information to make the rafting trip better and safer, including any medications or equipment that need to be brought along.
   
   
5. I understand and accept the recommended age limits for rafting with SF:
   
   
   • Family rafting: from 8 years old
   • Super rafting/School rafting: from 12 years old
   • Viking rafting: from 15 years old
     
     
6. I understand that I must wear appropriate safety equipment such as a helmet and life jacket during the rafting trip, and I will use this equipment in accordance with the instructions given by the instructor/guide.
   
   
7. Violation of specified rules and failure to comply with instructions during the rafting trip may result in the guide terminating the rafting trip for individuals or the entire group.I am aware that SF has liability insurance but not accident insurance for participants. Participants are recommended to have their own travel insurance.
   
   
8. I consent to photos and videos of me being taken during the rafting trip, but if I do not wish to be photographed, I will inform SF before the trip.
   
   
9. I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on privacy.
   
   
10. I have thoroughly read the above and understand what the declaration entails. I understand that by signing below, I accept the risks involved in activities organised by SF and also accept the above disclaimer of liability.
    
    
11. As a parent/legal guardian of a child under 18 years old participating in SF's rafting activities, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this disclaimer of liability. I consent to my child participating in the activities and accept all terms and conditions on behalf of my child.
