By participating in paintball with Serious Fun AS (hereinafter referred to as SF), I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. I acknowledge and accept that participation in paintball with SF involves certain risks and hazards, including, but not limited to, the risk of personal injury and property damage.
   
   
2. I understand that SF, its employees, and other participants are not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from my participation in paintball.
   
   
3. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and health to participate in paintball, and I have no medical conditions that may pose a risk to myself or other participants.
   
   
4. Before the game begins, all participants will be provided with necessary safety equipment and instructed in the rules to be followed during the game.
   
   
5. I am aware and accept that paintball involves the use of air guns and paintballs at high speed, which can cause bruises or minor injuries upon direct impact. I will follow all safety instructions provided by SF staff and use necessary protective equipment throughout the activity. Direct hits to the face without a mask can cause serious injury.
   
   
6. I understand that violations of rules may result in the instructor terminating the game and the player being ejected from the field.
   
   
7. I acknowledge and accept that the paintball field may be challenging and contain uneven terrain and obstacles.
   
   
8. I am aware that SF has liability insurance but does not have accident insurance for participants. Participants are advised to have their own travel insurance.
   
   
9. I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on privacy.
   
   
10. I have thoroughly read the above and understood what the declaration entails. I understand that by signing below, I accept the risks associated with activities organised by SF and also accept the aforementioned disclaimer.
    
    
11. As a guardian of a child under 18 years old participating in SF's paintball activity, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this disclaimer. I consent to my child participating in the activities and accept all terms and conditions on behalf of my child.
