READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that participation in activities at RAK Yard and RAK Lounge carries inherent risks and that you voluntarily assume all such risks.

1. General Liability & Injury Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless One Forty Three Brewing, LLC dba RAK Brewing Co., its owners, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "RAK Brewing Co.") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or loss, arising from my participation in activities at RAK Yard or RAK Lounge. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by negligence of RAK Brewing Co., other patrons, or environmental factors.

I understand that games and other recreational activities involve inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation and that of any minor(s) listed below.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older to sign this waiver.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be included in a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Minors under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the gaming area.
• No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the gaming area after 8:00 PM.
• No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the gaming area after 3:00 PM.

3. Gaming Area Rules

• The gaming area is designed for adults; children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Children may not:
  • Be left unattended in the gaming area.
  • Run, eat, or drink in the gaming area.
  • Interfere with other guests playing games.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the gaming area.

4. Damage & Loss Policy

I acknowledge that if I or any minor(s) under my supervision cause damage to RAK property, I am financially responsible for the repair or replacement costs.

Gaming Equipment Replacement Fees

• A valid credit card must be provided prior to playing any games.
• If gaming items are lost or returned damaged, my credit card will be charged for the replacement cost.

5. Assumption of Risk & Agreement to Waive Claims

I acknowledge and accept that:

• I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, loss, or damage associated with my presence and participation at RAK Yard and RAK Lounge.
• I agree not to hold RAK Brewing Co. , or any affiliates, liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained.

6. Waiver Validity Period

This Waiver is valid for one calendar year from the date of signing. A new Waiver must be sign upon expiration for continued participation.

7. Acknowledgment & Signature

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN IT, KNOWING THAT I AM GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

For Parents/Guardians of Minors

I, as a parent or legal guardian, assume full responsibility for the minor(s) listed below and agree to all terms in this waiver on their behalf.
