Photography Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Roy Jeter Photography and Miami Beach Fit Camp, their legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record me, my likeness, and/or my property for use in media, including but not limited to photographs, video recordings, digital images, and other forms of media now known or hereafter developed. I understand and agree that these images and recordings may be used in various forms of media including but not limited to advertising, publications, promotional materials, websites, and social media platforms. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. Terms and Conditions: 1. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such images or recordings. 2. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy, or other media where my likeness appears. 3. I release Roy Jeter Photography and Miami Beach Fit Camp, their legal representatives, and assigns from all claims and liability relating to the use of these images or recordings. 4. This release is binding on my heirs, executors, and assigns. By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.
