Guernsey's Premier Vehicle Storage Solution
All vehicles are safely stored in our insulated, alarmed & CCTV equipped facility.
They are cared for like they are our own, with a C-tek maintenance charger attached to each to ensure battery health while all vehicle systems stay functional.
The facility & vehicles are checked multiple times each week, with monthly individual vehicle checks for leaks, battery health & tyre pressures. We would inform you of any concerns found.
Should you wish to have any maintenance or other work undertaken while your vehicle is with us, this can be easily completed on-site by our skilled team at JL Innovation Ltd. Please feel free to ask.
To best cater for our client's needs but to keep things simple, we offer three levels of storage as set out below.
Bronze Storage - £195 per month
This storage level is intended for clients who simply need to store a vehicle, long term.
- Minimum term 6 months
- Access to vehicle once per 6 month period
Silver Storage - £295 per month
This storage level is intended for clients who wish to store their vehicle but still use it for events & special occasions, or trips away for example.
- Minimum term 3 months
- Access to vehicle monthly
Gold Storage - £395 per month
This storage level is intended for clients who wish to use their vehicle more regularly, for drives on lovely evenings & weekends for example.
- Minimum term 1 month
- Access to vehicle weekly
Motorcycle Storage - £50 per month
This storage level is for motorcycles only. It is not intended for bikes which are in regular use, unless specifically arranged.
- Minimum term 3 months
- Access to motorcycle monthly
Payment:
Payment is to be made month in advance, on the last day of each preceeding month.
We would advise setting up a standing order for this, to avoid issues from forgotten payments.

Terms & Conditions:
i) “JL Vehicle Storage” is a trading name of “JL Innovation Ltd” (The Company) with regard to it’s Specialist Vehicle Storage operation.
These Terms and Conditions will apply as The Company’s "Terms of Business" with regard to all services supplied.
ii) We may revise these Terms of Business from time to time, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of any changes however it is your responsibility to check for the current version. Procedural stipulations may be deviated from at our discretion.
iii) Herewithin, The words “We” “Us” “Our” “The Company” etc will refer to JL Innovation Ltd ,Trading as “JL Vehicle Storage“. The words “You” “Your” “Yours” etc will refer to the contractee, our client.
THE LICENSEE AGREES TO:
1. Rent a vehicle space for the use of vehicle storage at the agreed sum and to pay regularly in advance on the due date whether demanded or not.
2. Provide 30 days written notice of intention to terminate the contract for vehicle storage.
3. Settle all outstanding accounts promptly and prior to the vehicle being removed. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being held until such time as the account is paid which may incur further storage and recovery charges.
In the event an amount is left outstanding for more than 30 days, or the vehicle is not collected for more than 30 days after agreed, JL Innovation Ltd retain the right to dispose of or sell the vehicle, to cover any amount owed.
4. If removing the vehicle for whatever reason; servicing, holiday use etc. the prevailing rental costs are not abated and remain in full.
5. Provide satisfactory proof of ownership of the vehicle upon commencement of this Licence. If any person other than the registered owner of the vehicle is placing the vehicle in storage, proof of permission will be required from the registered owner that the said person has been authorized. The form of such written permission will require the signature of the registered owner together with proof of ownership.
6. Accept no other person shall be authorized to retrieve the vehicle, unless written authorisation is provided.
7. Declare to the best of their knowledge that the value of the vehicle is the fair market value at the date of commencement of this Licence.
8. It is the client's responsibility to Insure the vehicle, at the declared value, by securing and maintaining motor vehicle insurance from an insurer licensed and permitted in Guernsey.
Insurance should include collision and comprehensive coverage, for any loss or damage caused by theft, fire, vandalism, acts of God and collision, accepting full risk and responsibility for insuring the vehicle against any such loss.
9. Provide acceptable evidence of such insurance cover prior to the storage of the vehicle.
10. Allow employees of JL Innovation Ltd to clean, maintain and drive the vehicle as required at the faclity, in the course of the vehicle's storage.
11. Where requested by the client, allow employees of JL Innovation to drive the vehicle on the roads.
11. Collection and return of the vehicle is allowed, to the extent stated in the level of storage accepted.
In exceptional circumstances we will do our best to grant extra access if required, but this cannot be guaranteed and an additional charge may apply.
Any vehicle with an outstanding amount owed will not be allowed to leave the facility.
12. The vehicle must always be delivered to the facility in fully clean condition, inside and out, including wheel arches. No dirty vehicles will be allowed to enter the facility.
If needed, JL Innovation Ltd may be able to clean the vehicle as required for the client.
This would be an additional and chargeable srvice, which would need to be agreed in advance.
13. Supply a high-quality vehicle cover, if the customer desires one to be used on the vehicle.
14. No personal/domestic, hazardous, perishable or noxious materials to be stored in the vehicle, other than the fuel in the tank. It is recommended that vehicles be stored with the fuel tank full, to avoid condensation issues.
15. Changes to any fees relating to the storage of the vehicle will be subject to thirty days written notice at the postal address provided by the Licensee.
JL VEHICLE STORAGE ACCEPTS:
1. No liability for loss, damage, or destruction of any kind to the vehicle, whether due to collision, fire, theft or otherwise, except any damage directly attributable to negligence whilst stored. If the vehicle is lost, destroyed, or damaged during the term of this Licence and while in storage, and fault or negligence is established with respect to such loss, destruction or damage, liability will be limited to the lesser of the fair retail used-car value of the vehicle at the date of this Licence or the value of the vehicle as declared on the commencement of this Licence.
2. No liability for damage due to the faulty mechanical condition of the vehicle or any negligence attributable to the owner or for loss of any articles left in the vehicle, or for the loss of use of the vehicle.
3. The vehicle will be kept in the same condition as at the time of delivery to the storage facility and will be delivered back to the Licensee in the same condition at the termination of the Licence.
4. Whenever the vehicle is removed or returned to the storage facility it will be inventoried and the owner will be required to sign the necessary inventory documents upon each such removal and return to storage. Identification for any person, including the owner shall be required before retrieval of the vehicle from storage. One complete set of keys is required for vehicle ignition, locking wheel nuts, glove box, vehicle boot.
5. That the vehicle can be collected or returned to the storage facility at any time during regular business hours which are between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.

I have read and understood and accept the conditions and responsibilities stated above.
I confirm that I agree JL Innovation Ltd and their staff may be unaware of underlying issues with my vehicle. As such JL Innovation Ltd and their staff cannot be held responsible for such issues with vehicles or components they have worked on.
