I and/or my child wish(es) to shoot Archery at Hit or Miss Archery, LLC's indoor archery range at 2801 Broadbent Parkway, Albuquerque, New Mexico. I understand that archery involves certain inherent risks, including the risks of personal injury. I am voluntarily shooting and/or allowing my child to shoot archery and assume full responsibility for all such risks resulting from shooting archery at the indoor archery range.
On behalf of myself/my child, I hereby release Hit or Miss Archery, LLC (and its members, officers, agents and employees) from any and all claims, demands, damages, liability, loss, costs, expenses, and causes of action, arising from or in connection with any personal or other injury or property damage which I/my child may suffer or sustain as a result of my/my child's use of archery equipment, regardless of cause. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hit or Miss Archery, LLC (and its members, officers, agents and employees) from any and all claims, demands, damages, liability, loss, costs, expenses, or causes of action, arising from, relating to, or in connection with, any personal or other injury or property damage resulting from my/my child's use of the archery equipment.
This Waiver and Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of New Mexico. If any portion of this Waiver is held invalid, the remainder of it shall continue in full force in effect.
I have read this waiver. I fully understand its terms. I understand that I/my child (am) giving up substantial rights by signing this Waiver and Release. I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily without duress and without any inducement, assurance or guarantee being given to me. I understand that this waiver shall remain in effect for the calendar year in which it is signed, and that the waiver must be updated/resigned each following calendar year that I/my child wish(es) to participate in archery at Hit or Miss Archery, LLC.
