PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, wish to participate in activities at Gameland Laser Tag & Vrcade, which include, but are not limited to, laser tag, arcade games, and other recreational activities (the "Activities"). I acknowledge that my participation in these Activities is voluntary and carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, and property damage.

I understand and agree that:
1. I am in good health and physically able to participate in the Activities.
2. I will follow all safety instructions and rules provided by Gameland Laser Tag & Vrcade staff.
3. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that I might sustain as a result of participating in the Activities. 4. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gameland Laser Tag & Vrcade, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Activities.

Medical Treatment
I consent to receive first aid and emergency medical treatment if necessary during my participation in the Activities. I agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

Photo and Video Release
I grant Gameland Laser Tag & Vrcade permission to use photographs and videos taken during the Activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
