The undersigned Primary Member agrees to pay FoxRock FLOW, c/o FoxRock Amenities Services, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (d/b/a “FoxRock FLOW) any and all outstanding and owing membership fees as set forth in the attached Attachment A (the “FoxRock FLOW Fee Schedule”) for the use of the Services offered by FoxRock FLOW by any authorized employee(s) or agent(s) of the Primary Member (after registration, referred to as a “Member”). The undersigned agrees to observe FoxRock FLOW Terms of Use (“TOU”), including the Terms and Conditions of the FoxRock FLOW web App attached to this agreement and incorporated herein. Primary Member shall cause any of its employees or agents to observe such TOU obligations. The undersigned acknowledges that the membership of the Primary Member and any of its employees or agents may be terminated for violation of the Terms of Use and that the undersigned is responsible for the observance of the TOU by all of the Primary Member’s employees or agents authorized to utilize the FoxRock FLOW Services.
The primary Member shall provide the names and e-mail addresses of any employee of the Primary Member authorized to utilize the FoxRock FLOW Services to info@FoxRockFLOW.com. The primary member shall be responsible for delivering a copy of the TOU to each such employee for such employee’s acknowledgment and compliance with such TOU.
Members have access to office space, workstations, Internet and other services and amenities (collectively, the “Services”) as FoxRock FLOW may provide from time to time subject to TOU attached to this agreement. FoxRock FLOW reserves the right to change the TOU from time to time.
