RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By signing below, I agree that Britton Industries has completed the clean-up of said property to my satisfaction and my customer's satisfaction. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Contractor hereby waives, discharges, and releases any and all liens, liabilities, claims, and rights to liens against the below-mentioned project. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Britton Industries, it's shareholders, officers, directors, employees and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, judgments, demands, costs, expenses, damages, liabilities, and losses whatsoever (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related in any manner to the above referenced product- including but not limited to: it's purchase, delivery, application, or resale.
