Bambi's Mini Petting Farm

 

Please fill out the event application below so we can set up your invoice to secure your date of choice.

Payment -The payment can be made in full at signing. You can choose to put a deposit down at singing and make the final payment 2 weeks prior to the event, your deposit is non refundable. (deposit amounts very to your contracted package).

Cancelation policy - The event may be canceled with a full refund if payed in full at signing. No less than 2 weeks prior to your booking event and time. If you put a deposit down at singing and choose to make the final payment 2 weeks prior to the event, your deposit is non refundable.


Reschedule - If the event needs to be rescheduled. No less than 2 weeks prior to the booking date and time.

(A party rescheduled has to be made within 3 months of your original booking date).

 

Travel Fee - Bambi's Mini Petting Farm travel fee is added for any event location that is 30 miles or more away from our farm. A $35 milage fee could apply in a separate invoice if you book online. It is the clients responsibility to have this travel fee paid upon receiving and no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.


Rain Out Policy - If Mother Nature decides to rain we will do our best to continue set up. With thundering or lightning we will keep the animals secure in the trailer and will not set up until it is clear. If weather warrants a reschedule we will do the best to accommodate you at another party date. Booking is not refundable do to weather.


Animal behavior - Due to animal instincts, an animal that has behavioral issues will be removed and will not be replaced.


Animal availability - Packages will be fulfilled to the best of our ability. If animals are unavailable due to sickness or any other issues we will try to replace that animal with a substitute. Animal substitution will depend on availability.

 Are you insured?

Yes, We are fully insured.

 How many animals will be at our party?

The number of animals varies depending on the package you choose.

 Can we visit your farm?

Unfortunately, we are not open to the public at the moment. We are only mobile.

 What kind of animals do you have?

We have goats (Nigeria Dwarfs and mini Nubians), a mini donkey, 2 giant bunnies, sheep, baby goats and lambs are seasonally available.

 Do your goats have horns?

No. All of our goats are disbudded to ensure the safety of people and themselves. (Unintentional accidents could happen)

 How many packages do you have?

We have 3 packages to choose from. (For details, please visit the “packages” section of our website)

 What kind of events do you offer?

Birthday parties, school & organization events, goat yoga at your studio, goat yoga at our farm, baby bonding time (seasonally)

Are closed toed shoes required?

No but they are recommended.
