Indoor Arena Use Agreement

It is understood that it is imperative to the life of the footing and everyone’s safety and enjoyment of the arena that all arena users agree to the following:

1. A helmet is to be worn at all times when mounted.

2. The Alborak Stable Inc. Waiver must be signed annually. 

3. The horse’s feet shall be picked clean BEFORE entering the arena.

4. All manure in the arena shall be picked up BEFORE mounting and starting your ride.

5. Whenever possible, manure should be picked up immediately after its deposit. 

6. All manure shall be picked up once again BEFORE exiting the arena. 

7. There will be a pee bucket for use if your horse urinates in the arena. If used the pee bucket must be emptied, rinsed and returned to its original location. If the pee is not caught in the bucket, you will be required to immediately find disposable absorbent pads (located in cabinet at arena entrance) and clean up the pee.  Pee bucket shall be cleaned and returned after use.  Used absorbent pads shall be placed in the trash. 

8. The horse’s feet shall be picked upon exit of the arena. 

9. All grooming and tack up areas shall be left clean (includes the parking lot). 

10. Use of jumps and equipment are NOT included in this agreement.  A separate agreement is required BEFORE using ANY jumps or equipment. 

11. Payment for use of the arena is to be made in advance of using the arena.  It is $40 per individual use per horse, $300 per month per individual, and is included in certain board rates.  

12. If this agreement is signed on behalf of an underage athlete, the individual signing takes full responsibility for the actions of the athlete.
